Juan Sebastián Verón de Argentina, Carlos “El Pibe” Valderrama de Colombia e Iván Zamorano de Chile se encontrarán nuevamente en una cancha este jueves 10 de julio en Rio de Janeiro. La cita de estas figuras mundialistas se dará en medio del Big Five Río Caja Los Andes 2014.

A estos jugadores se suman Óscar Cordova, Alberto «»Beto»» Acosta, Mauro Camoranesi, Diego Latorre, Sebastián Rozental y Salvador Cabañas, quienes formarán duplas en un campeonato de fútbol tenis al aire libre. Dentro de los equipos  se encuentra también Anita Garibaldi-TECHO, equipo que representa a las 15 mil personas que habitan la favela del mismo nombre, ubicada a 10 kilómetros del Aeropuerto de Guarulhos, en Sao Paulo.

Su equipo representa a la favela del mismo nombre que, desde que arrancó la Copa de la Fifa 2014 busca desafiar al próximo campeón del mundo en su propia cancha.

Este jueves, los jugadores de Anita Orley Fereiras y Fabio Bertoldo estarán haciendo su demostración y relatando más de sus 13 años de historia como equipo, que les han permitido transmitir valores como la participación y el trabajo en equipo.

Juan Se­bas­tián Verón from Argentina, Car­los “El Pibe” Val­de­rra­ma from Co­lom­bia and Iván Za­mo­rano from Chile will meet again on a field this Thursday July 10 in Rio de Ja­nei­ro. The World Cup players will meet during the Big Five Río Caja Los Andes 2014.

Joining these players are Óscar Cor­do­va, Al­ber­to “Beto” Acos­ta, Mauro Ca­mo­ra­ne­si, Diego La­to­rre, Se­bas­tián Ro­zen­tal and Sal­va­dor Ca­ba­ñas, who will form pairs in an outdoor championship of football tennis. Among the teams you’ll also find Anita Garibaldi-TECHO, the team that represents the 15,000 people that live in the slum of the same name, located 10 kilometers from the Guarulhos Airport in São Paulo.

The team represents the slum of the same name which, since the start of the 2014 FIFA World Cup sought to challenge the next world champion on their own field.

This Thursday, Anita players Orley Fe­rei­ras and Fabio Ber­tol­do will be making their demonstration and telling more of their 13-year history as a team, which has allowed them to pass on values such as participation and teamwork.
